Department Manager
The Department Manager supports the Department's Governing Bodies by coordinating the staff of the administrative and technical area, and related activities. It works in coordination with the other University facilities and supports the Department Director in the management of resources in order to achieve the Department's objectives.
Administration and Accounting Unit
This unit deals with the operational management of procurement and payment mandates, including purchase requisitions, settlement of invoices, reimbursements for cash, inventoried goods and collaboration contracts. It also manages the activation of research grants, debt collection, internships, the issuing of invoices receivable and collections. It functions as the departmental contact point for the University's mission service and, in cooperation with the Research Unit, manages expenditure chapters, budget preparation and bookkeeping.

Communication Office
This unit supports the Director, the Lecturers and the Department Head of Management in communicating activities, news and events also through continuous dialogue with the University’s Media Area. It manages and updates communication tools, social media and the facility's website. It is responsible for the organisation of internal events and international conferences and the preparation of promotional material for the Department and its initiatives.

Organizational Unit for Teaching
The teaching unit is responsible for the management of the training offer and the organisation of the programmes’ teaching activities. It supports students during their studies (admissions, examinations, exam dates, traineeships), and lecturers in the delivery of teaching activities (monitoring of teaching frameworks and preparation of calls for tutoring and teaching support collaboration).
Governance Support Office
The unit provides information and operational support to the Director, the Head of Management and the collegiate bodies. It supports the Director and Head of Management in the management of teaching staff and technical-administrative staff.
Infrastructure and ICT Services Office
Research and Lab Unit
This unit provides support services for research, evaluation and verification of formal and legal aspects of contracts. It supports lecturers in participating in research competitions, managing budgets, evaluating research, and handling the accounting procedures for third-party personnel. It oversees the administrative-accounting management of research contracts and projects and the management of research grants.
