Associate Professor
Filomena Canterino is Associate Professor at the Department of Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering of Politecnico di Milano.
She teaches Leadership & Innovation at the MSc of Management Engineering, and Organizational Behavior at the Bachelor of Management Engineering. She is part of the core faculty of the POLIMI Graduate School of Management in the area of People Management and Organization. She is a member of EurOMA (European Operations Management Association, Academy of Management, and AiIG (Associazione Italiana Ingegneria Gestionale).

Research
Her research activities focus on organization and shared leadership in the context of organizational change and innovation, with particular emphasis on the implementation of Industry 4.0 and 5.0 technologies. She is the author of numerous articles published in international scientific journals. She currently serves as Associate Editor of Studi Organizzativi and is a member of the Editorial Board of The Journal of Applied Behavioral Science and the Journal of Supply Chain Management.
