Eleonora Gheduzzi, PhD in Management Engineering, is Assistant Professor in Management Engineering at Politecnico di Milano.
She teaches Economia e Organizzazione Aziendale at the Department of Biomedical, Physical, and Chemical Engineering.
She is the co-Director of the Executive Master in Gestione dell'innovazione in sanità and the Executive Master in Management dell'Innovazione nella Ricerca Clinica.

Research
Her research encompasses the co-production of health and social care services when involving vulnerable citizens.
During her PhD thesis, she has also deepened the process of value co-creation and co-destruction in the health and social service delivery and the interaction dynamics occurring during co-production workshops.
Since her Post-Doc period, she has developed an intense research activity on task-shifting and the evolution of roles in multi-disciplinary teams in healthcare.
