Her research encompasses the value co-creation of public health and social care services.

During her PhD thesis, she has also deepened the co-production of health and social services and the interaction dynamics occurring between vulnerable citizens and professionals.

More recently, she broader the focus by exploring how citizens can be involved at macro level, examining new forms of network governance involving third-sector organizations, meso level, exploring how new technologies (e.g. AI) are innovating the value co-creation processes, and micro level, investigating how professional-vulnerable user interactions can be shaped for maximizing value co-creation.
