Victoria Krivova is a PhD candidate in Management Engineering, with a research project focused on the exploration of novel space system design concepts as key enablers of the New Space Economy.

Victoria has an interdisciplinary background in Physics and Space Systems Engineering with an industrial experience as a business developer in a space logistics company.

She is a team member of the Business & Finance Department at PoliSpace (Space Association of Politecnico di Milano).

Research

Research interests: Open System Architectures, Open Innovation, New Space Economy, Space Project Management.

Research projects: In her research work, she explores how the transition to modularised and standardised space systems, along with the application of co-innovation and open innovation practices, changes the management of space projects and programmes, and enables new value streams in the network of stakeholders. She develops a novel framework to qualitatively analyse and quantitatively assess the potential benefits brought by this transition.
