Simone Zani is Research Fellow at at the SoM Manufacturing Group POLIMI School of Management.

Within the Group, he serves as EU Project Specialist, dedicated to the management and successful delivery of impactful projects.

As part of his role, he is responsible for budget planning, monitoring, and reporting to funding authorities for EU research projects.

He also oversees staff management, procurement processes and the organization of events, as well as the internal and external communication activities of the Research Group.
