After graduation, he joined Dell’Orto Spa in the Quality Assurance dept., where he gained the ISO9001 and ISO TS 16949 certifications to the company.

Then he moved to Process Engineering, implementing an OEE measurement system and introducing SMED methods to improve efficiency.

Then he led the R&D dept. driving the change from purely mechanical products to mechatronics, and introducing Lean approaches into office processes.

After that, he joined MTA Spa as Technical Director of the Electromechanical Division and later moved to Flex Ltd. to work as Senior Technical Leader to lead a highly skilled team to develop complex medical devices.

In May 2024 he returned to Politecnico di Milano as Research Fellow.
