Mariani Costanza

Costanza Mariani is a Postdoctoral Researcher in Management Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano, Italy.

Her research explores both the current state of Artificial Intelligence applications in project management and the potential for these algorithms to enhance typical project management processes, such as risk management, stakeholder management, and project portfolio management.

For her innovative research contributions, Costanza received the IPMA Young Researcher Award in 2024. Besides her research, Costanza also serves as a Teaching Assistant for the Industrial Project Management and Project and Program Management courses within the Department of Management Engineering at Politecnico di Milano.

Additionally, she teaches Project Management Fundamentals at the Politecnico di Milano Graduate School of Management.
