Cosimo Pacciani is a Research Fellow at the School of Management of Politecnico di Milano.

He is also a Junior Researcher at the Smart AgriFood Observatory.

Hi research interests focus on Innovation in the agrifood sector, Agriculture 4.0, carbon farming and food sustainability.
