Chiara Esposito is a PhD candidate in Management Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, in collaboration with Roche S.p.A., focusing on patient-centered innovation in the pharmaceutical industry. With a double MSc in Product Service System Design and Management Engineering, she specialized in Innovation Management and Design Thinking, and has recently been approaching research in the integration of Generative AI in innovation. She is a senior researcher at Osservatori Digital Innovation and Leadin’Lab. Chiara also contributes to teaching and thesis supervision, and actively presents at international conferences on innovation, design, and organisation management.
