Cecilia D’Agostino is a PhD candidate in the Entrepreneurship, Finance and Innovation research group at the Department of Management Engineering of Politecnico di Milano.
Her research interests lie at the intersection between entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial finance, with a particular focus on early-stage startups’ access to financial resources to grow.
She has also been involved in a publicly funded research project (PRIN), concerning a training on fundraising strategies formulation to more than 150 Italian startups.

Research

Research interests: Her research interests encompass entrepreneurial issues of start-ups and small and medium businesses, with specific focus on innovation patterns of creative industries and their effects on business performance.

Research projects: Entrepreneurship and Innovation patterns: the case of creative industries.
