Seghezzi Arianna
Researcher
Arianna is an Assistant Professor at Politecnico di Milano, where she teaches the course “Logistics and Freight Transportation” and serves as Director of the Full-Time MBA at the Graduate School of Management.
She earned a Ph.D. at Politecnico di Milano, focusing on last-mile delivery for B2C e-commerce, and was a visiting student at the Center for Transportation and Logistics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
She is the co-founder of the B2C Logistics Center, a research center focused on logistics to support B2C e-commerce, and a member of the scientific and technical committee of the Freight Leaders Council.
She has participated in several projects in the field, involving the design of distribution networks, warehouse solutions (storage, picking, and packing), and last-mile delivery, with particular attention to economic, environmental, and social sustainability.
On the topic of e-commerce logistics, she is the author of several publications in specialized journals and a speaker at industry conferences and events.
