Andrea Rizzuni is a PhD candidate at the Department of Management, Economics, and Industrial Engineering, part of the Economic Mindset research group and of the research team of the Food Sustainability Lab of the School of Management of Politecnico di Milano.

His main research interests are cross-sector partnerships between business and non-profit organizations, and circularity and resource efficiency in the agri-food (food waste reduction; surplus food management, recovery and redistribution) and water (economic and policy drivers for water reuse technologies adoption) sectors.

He conducts teaching assistance for the course Business & Industrial Economics at the Master of Science in Management Engineering.
