Alice Chieppa is a research fellow at the Department of Management, Economics, and Industrial Engineering of Politecnico di Milano.

She held his Master of Science in Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering at Politecnico di Milano in December 2018.

Since then she's been working in the B2c eCommerce Observatory and in the Digital Innovation in Retail Observatory of the Digital Innovation Observatories of Politecnico di Milano.

She is conducting research on topics related to B2c eCommerce and retail market.
