The event “Inclusive workplaces for knowledge workers” is a satellite event of the New European Bauhaus festival, the initiative of the European Union, which brings together citizens, experts, businesses, and institutions to reimagine sustainable living in Europe and beyond. The event is also the final event of the project PRIN PNRR “The relation between workspaces and gender in academia: an interdisciplinary approach”.
Hosted at POLIMI (Leonardo Campus), this event is a melting pot of ideas, offering a transdisciplinary exploration into how the design and management of spaces can significantly enhance gender equality, workers' inclusion, and their well-being.
The event will delve into research findings revealing the profound influence of spatial design at different scales (from the home to the city) in fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment. The dialogue continues with a vibrant exchange among leading experts and innovators across real estate, architecture, urban planning, and HR management.
This event is an open invitation to anyone passionate about creating a more beautiful, sustainable, and inclusive world. Whether you are a Corporate Real Estate or Facility Manager, a Human Resources and Diversity & Inclusion Practitioner, a Workplace Design Professional, a Researcher, a Student, or a Public Representative, your voice and insights are invaluable to our collective discussion.
