The aim of the INCHIESTA-RLS research project is to understand, through quantitative and qualitative survey instruments, the role of worker safety representatives at company and group level, and the role of worker safety representatives at territorial and production site level, taking into account their relationship with the organisational context in which they operate and the level of participatory maturity of the prevention system in which they are embedded.
