Ricerca

Her research focuses on the analysis of the psychological and social processes that influence individual and collective behaviors within organizational and economic contexts. In particular, she studies gender stereotypes and roles, with special attention to their implications for women’s work, entrepreneurship, and financial choices, as well as financial behavior and attitudes toward money, examining how social, cultural, and linguistic factors contribute to the gender gap in finance.

Recently, her work has also focused on the intersection between gender and entrepreneurship, and gender and participation in European research projects, exploring the psychological and social factors that facilitate or hinder women’s involvement in entrepreneurship or in male-dominated research environments.

Her foundational research examines leadership and morality, analyzing the role of ethical dimensions and social identity in leader perception and evaluation. Overall, her studies integrate experimental, implicit, and qualitative methodologies.
