Samuele Guido Sozzani is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Management, Economics, and Industrial Engineering at Politecnico di Milano and a member of the EFI research group. In 2024, he served as Adjunct Professor of Extraordinary Corporate Transactions at the University of Sassari.

Samuele holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from LUISS Guido Carli University and a PhD in Economics, Management, and Quantitative Methods from the University of Sassari (Italy). During his PhD, he spent 18 months as a visiting student at the Università della Svizzera Italiana (USI).
