Francesca Capella is a post-doc researcher of the Politecnico di Milano.

She got her bachelor, master’s degree and PhD at Politecnico di Milano.

She works in the field of innovation management and strategy definition. Her PhD research focused on the development of the theoretical knowledge of innovation management, identifying the gaps with respect to the practice, and it aims at defining models and frameworks that enable productive flows between research and practice.

In particular she focuses on the study of the interplay between innovation management theories and innovation management practices and how this influences innovation activities, strategy definition and organizational changes in enterprises.

She is teaching assistant of Strategy and Marketing (Master course)and Impresa e decisioni strategiche (Bachelor course).
